As reported in the Idaho Statesman, a survey by POPULUS, a local, non-partisan survey company, showed only 1/3rd of 670 respondents supported a streetcar in downtown Boise.
Mayor Dave Bieter responded to the survey by telling the Statesman that the respondents poor support for the project was because of their lack of access to information.
I would submit that the respondents to the survey are a lot smarter than Mayor Biter gives them credit for.
