As reported in the Idaho Statesman, once again the City Council agenda includes the $90,000 streetcar public relations contract to Cronin and Associates.

Cronin and Associates is owned by a former Mayor Bieter campaign staffer.
It should also be noted that the city claimed it did not have the $93,000 necessary to fix the Greenbelt by the new Parkcenter bridge. How is it, then, do they have $90,000 to promote a streetcar that they haven't even gotten grant approval for?
A copy of the contract is here:

The council meeting is at noon Tuesday, October 27th.

Didja notice what time the Boise City Council meeting is? Noon on Tuesday, when most people are at work. Sound fishy? Take a long lunch, everybody, and get down to City Hall to protest!
